So how nice is it to have Express Pass??

We are doing a full day at US and a full day at IOA with our families. But me and my DH are also getting an alone day in the parks and were trying to decide on if we should get Express Pass or just wait in the normal lines. What do you think??

It's unbelievably worth it. Get one, you won't regret it. The only problem is that it's very difficult to go back to waiting in lines after having an express pass, you get spoiled!

There was a 60 minute wait for Simpsons - we got in the Express line and got on in 10 minutes.

It's nice to have to cut wait times but depending on when you're going, you may not need it. If you're going during a slow period, you could probably do without. I would wait and see if you need it before shelling out the money for the passes. If you get there early, you can do some of the bigger rides w/o much of a wait.

We are going on June 6th and I heard that it is the last day of school for alot of local Florida schools and alot of 8th graders were going to be there...will that affect the crowds enough where I should get an express pass?

Express is the only way to go ...

WE were just there May 1, 2 and 3rd and well it was packed at IOA on Friday EVERY school in Florida must have had a trip there . They had to have at least 3 or 4 different schols there. ...You can tell by all the different colored shirts in the groups ... We had express as we stayed on site and it cut the lines down in huge numbers the wait for dudley was 75 min . we were on and off in less then 15 as was the case at the hulk too , 90 min wait there we were on and off in less then 20 . If we and when we return we will only stay on site just for the express.

from what i understand you can go to the universalorlando.com and buy it there and you can get at at the park at customer service and several shops i believe.

If I am not mistaking there is no price differance in getting the expresspass online or at the park cause they are the same price and since its that early in june its true its the last day of school and we went last year at that time and it wasn't very busy .
You can always wait to get them at the park if it gets really busy cause its a waste of money if you buy they and the wait times are low

Well I went in the middle of November last year and the Park was DEAD, hardly anyone at all but I still got Express Pass and boy was it worth it. I think I got on maybe 20 rides and shows in a littler under 8 hours so it was a great save of time. It also helped that no one marked my pass and they let me in the express line again and again since the park was so slow, but I don't know if they will let you do that when it is more busy.

Less crowded so you may be good w/o them. I would definately wait and see when you get there.

I find whats best is to just stay at one of the resorts.Because then you could just use your room key. (WooHoo!) My family likes Royal Pacific. Its totally worth it. Buying the fastpass? Well, that works too.

If your going to visit US-IOA during peak season.The price of the Express along with the off-site hotel price, a US resort price is very compatible.Then you can ride as much as you want.

Does the express pass allow you to skip the lines more than once for the same ride? From reading other posts it seems like the pass is stamped. This is my first visit to US and IOA. We are going the end of October.

The Express access for onsite guests allows you unlimited access during the stay. The Express Plus passes you purchase only allow for one time per ride.

I would wait until you arrive to purchase the passes. No sense spending the money if you don't need them. In any event, I would do the one park pass...if you get there early you can do one park w/o and then head to the other with Express passes.
