So how much would this cost?

I am looking to possibly rent at the Boardwalk villas the last week of Jan 2006, Sun-Fri, a one bedroom. The calculator said that I would need 80 points (well I entered the first week of Dec since it won't let you enter 2006 dates yet but it is the same catogory as far as the season is concerned). How much would this cost? Is the value for a point the same no matter who you rent from? Or does the owner decide what value they want per point? When can I start inquiring about rentals for Jan 2006?

ps-even if you can't tell me what the approx. cost would be for Jan, could you tell me what it would be for Dec so I can at least understand what "ball park" of a price I am dealing with?

Hi,

Looks like you want five nights say checking in Jan 22 and out Jan 27. Here's the total points needed:

BWL Std. View = 80 pts. total
BWL Prf. View = 110 pts. total

That's pretty far out into the future but I would guess that between $11.00 and $12.00 per point would be reasonable. It all depends on what the market will bare.
