So has anyone used Dreams Unlimited?

I just returned yesterday. I used them to make my reservation at the Dolphin. I was surprised at check out the bill (for 2 nights lodging) was about $65 higher then it should be! I took my e-mail confirmation to the front desk. They did lower my bill by $55 (they charged me for a room upgrade that we never requested). They refused to honor the price quoted by Dreams Unlimited. In the end we paid $10 more then we were supposed to.

Kim--You should contact DU and at least get your $10 back.

Carole is handling our upcoming trip too I have been very happy. She got us a great package deal and has set up all our PS. She has been so friendly and helpful.

One question: Will I get anything in the mail beforehand? When I have booked myself...I have always recieved a letter and confirmation letter from WDW

DU agent Dagny has handled my last two trips, and she's been a great help. She's right on top of those discounts when they come out , and just makes everything so EASY! I love being able to say "We'd like this restaurant around this time, that restaurant around that time..." and just letting her take care of all the time on the phone with CRO.

Plus, she's so nice that I wish I could take her along on my trips.

Thanks for taking such good care of me, Dagny!

(By the way, the waterview room she snagged for me at YC last week was AWESOME! Room 2025, it had a breathtaking view of the Illuminations fireworks...)

I used DU for our Disney cruise earlier this year and I'm now using them to book our Disney vacation this March. Trisha is my agent and I couldn't be happier with her. She has responded to all my requests within a short amount of time and has dealt with several date changes. She's a doll!

I have used them for 2 trips to DL and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Great communication and the worked to get the best hotel prices. We are DVC members so don't use them for WDW but I have recommended them highly to people planning a Disney trip.

Dreams is great. The yare very good at getting the currently lowest rate on rooms and really super at getting those tough PS's and ressies, like CRT and Illumination cruises. With so many of them being moderators or webmasters here on the DIS, they really have their ears close to the action and are able to most often react accordingly when something of benefit or change is announced or available. They are good.

I cannot recommend Dreams Unlimited highly enough! I recently used their servcie, as their rates for the Dolphin were way below anything else I could find. After making the reservation, they repplied to an email inquiry almost immediately and answered my questions. Unfortunately (as anyone whose seen my posts inthe Parks Game can attest to), I didn't get to go to MouseFest due to the snow. When I inquired with Dreams Unlimited as to what I could do, they contacted the Dolphin for me and helped me out. My rep from DU even left me his cell phone number in case I had a problem! It's all about service - exceptional!

Just a follow up on my last post...

My reservation was refunded in its entirety the same day I sent my FAX. Once again, I am quite impressed with their commitment to customer service. I will undoubtedly use and recommend them again.

I am using Sue Ellen for our Magic trip and she has been the best!!! We are also going to use her for the land part of the trip.

How successful are they in snagging the Cindy's PS? Only one person in the above post mentioned Cindy's. Did anyone else get them through Dreams.

For our last three trips, I have been unsuccessful in obtaining them. In May, my husband and I were on three phones promptly at 7:00 a.m. to no avail. I was so mad, I sent an e-mail to Disney. Since they had also cancelled H & V which I also booked, they got me into Cindy's.

Any input?

We are using DU for our up coming April trip. Sue Ellen has been wonderful. She has kept us informed eveytime a promotion or code has come out that could save us money. She has reviewed my ideas for an itinary and made wonderful suggestions. She has also e-mailed attraction reviews, touring ideas, etc.

Unlike a prior experience with a different agency, she is very prompt in returing my e-mails. When she is not available, someone else covers for her. The service we have received has far exceeded my expectations to date.

I have recommened them to both friends and family who are considering Disney trips.
