I've used a local cruise only travel agent for six previous DCL cruises but decided to give DU a chance quoting on the 5/27/06 Castaway Cay Double Dip cruise. I was booking 3 category 9 cabins. When I first contacted DU they were only able to get one discounted cabin for me but I was still pleased because I was saving $890 over the DCL price!!! I put down the deposit on all three cabins.
Last week I got an e-mail from Sue Ellen at DU that she was able to secure another discounted cabin for us! Total savings now up to $1780!
Of course, we were thrilled!!!
Now, I've gotten another e-mail from Sue Ellen that she was able to get us the third cabin (and final) cabin at the discounted rate! Total savings now up to $2670!! Woo hoo!!!! I'm soooo pleased with the great customer service because Sue Ellen had our business with one discounted cabin... getting all three at the discount has made us a loyal customer!
