OK. So I've been "almost" perfect with my eating plan for the past two weeks, and I've been exercising at least 4 times a week - usually I do a 30 - 45 minute aerobic tape. I did the Firm once.

I HAVEN'T LOST ANYTHING!!!!!!

What is going on?

I need advice and fast! I need, need, NEED to lose at least 20 pounds by July. We're going to V&A's on our vacation and the dress I want to wear doesn't fit...mainly around the bust b/c I'm still nursing my infant. What am I going to do???? Help, please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you. :confused3

Kick up the cardio to everyday, eat healthier (which you are already doing) and you should be set. Keep in mind some of fat you have may be replaced by musclee so clothes can be a good judge of how fit you are getting. good luck :)

I hate to say this, but sometimes nursing will keep you from losing that last bit of weight. If you are already close to an ideal weight, sometimes your body just kind of refuses to let that go while nursing, and it will come off easily after you quit.

It is not like that for everyone, but could be an explanation if you truly are doing everything right and the scale is not budging.

Either way, keep up the exercise, because it is still very good for you!

Have you taken measurements? Maybe you have lost inches???

Regardless, keep up the great work, it will payoff. :cheer2:

Drink water to help flush you out. Lots of water - maybe 12 cups a day. This can give you a boost to keep going. It is also important with nursing. Don't quit nursing though just to loose weight. It is so important for baby.

I agree with Hockeychic. Sometimes we lose inches when we aren't losing pounds. Take your measurements and judge your progress by your size not your weight.

First, Don't give up!

Keep going no matter what. It will make a difference eventually. Try changing your "routine" by upping your cardio workout a bit on some days. The drinking of more water as opposed to anything else is great advise. You may begin to feel like you are swimming on the inside and always going to "that room" but water does have a definite place in your routine.

It is definitely a job this eating healthy and increasing our activity for sure. Keep on keepin' on.
