Ok, I have been up 2x's at 5:55 am ( I feel so bad for West Coasters!) to get my CRT and both times I have been unable to get the ressie because I was given the wrong date by the CM to call. I have spoken with 3 different CM's and a Supervisor. Who have all told me different things. Now I know, thanks to all of you DISer's that the rule is 180 +10, not 190 as I had been told. But still No CRT because they hold the seats for that at exactly 180 days per CM this morning. So now I have to get up again to make CRT and I am not a morning person at all. I wish they would get this cleared up at the call center b/c all this misinformation is making me crazy:banana:. Just a vent thanks for listening, my friends think I'm already crazy about Disney, so they just don't get it. At least I got all the other ADR's I wanted! :cheer2:

Had a similar problem but this morning which was exactly 180 days out from the day I wanted CRT reservations, I called. I got a 8:15am ADR,which is what I wanted. I think you should be sucessful too if you do this because I was told I could pick almost any time. Anyway I wish you luck.

Keep trying. I was told this morning (doing my 180+10 staying onsite ADRs) that they release a limited number of CRT ressies for the 180+10, the rest are released at 180 days like you said. So at 9am eastern I snagged the last ADR for Oct 20 for 9:05am breakfast. If that didnt work for me I was encouraged to call on the 180 day mark exactly. So I could call back on 4/23.

http://pscalculator.net/pscalc.php I use this calculator all the time for figuring out all my ressies.

Good luck and I hope you get it soon!

All you have to do is use the ADR Calculator to figure out your 180 day mark; that will save you one phone call. Then call at 180 days from check in for all your ADRs and call back one more time for CRT (call 180 days from when you want to eat there). Due to CRT's popularity, they only release about 20% at 180 days from check in and they release the rest at 180 days from when you actually want to eat there. That's it. Two calls.

Thanks, I think this has really confused the CM's and the rest of us too. I could tell the CM I talked to had been chewed up before by someone over this CRT problem. As soon as I mentioned a supervisor ( I said this nicely) had said that I could make ADR's for CRT 180 + 10, She became defensive. I just was nice too her and told her that I realized there was a lot of confusion about this and then I made the rest of my ADR's. She was back to being nice as soon as she realized I wasn't going to argue with her. I called at 7:00 eastern and had no trouble getting through, so I think they must not be releasing very many tables at all for 180 +10. I'll call back in two days (the 180 day mark) and I'm sure it will all work out.

Like most things with calling Disney, this seems to be the luck of the draw. DH and I both called this morning at 6am (7am on the East coast) and got through immediately. DH's CM told him he that he couldn't make the reservation yet and to call back at exactly 180 days. My CM asked what our arrival date was and then booked our breakfast CRT for 10/22.

:wizard: to you in securing your spot!
