So frustrated with booking dining online :(

I've been getting the "server is busy" message for days now :confused3
I was getting around this by using the UK site for a while, but now the UK site that comes up through google is going to the main dining site. How are you all booking online???!!!! My trip is in 3 weeks and I'm making all the arrangements for 8 of us, and I'm now very stressed ...... please HELP!!! :headache:
 
Hopefully, someone will come along with a solution but I haven't been able to access the old site today either. I thought it was just me but maybe not.
 
The on-line system is terrible. It was bad before and now it is absolutely terrible. You can't search a range of dates for a single restaurant and it often gives you a " please call to make reservations". If I am trying to book online, I clearly want to do that, NOT call.

I realize booking on line is your preference, but if it is not working I would call. By waiting fewer reservations may be available. Good luck--hope you get what you want.
 
The point is not that I can just call. I will certainly do that when need be. The point is absolute amazement that a company as big and as customer-centric as Disney can have such astonishingly bad websites.

I don't disagree with you, but at this point that's what it is and that makes calling the way to go for the least amount of frustration.
 
It may have to do with the changes to the websites. I'm in Canada and last weekend through about Thursday I could not consistently use the website. It wouldn't recognize me or wouldn't find my reservations and was able to make a couple on line but the rest had to be call in.

One CM I spoke to said I should check back, that there would be changes 'very soon' and that the website problems were becasue I was in Canada but that it would be accessible shortly. That was the day before the new site was up and everything has been working since.

I hope you've been able to get the reservations you wanted over the weekend!

I'm so sorry, I feel your pain. :grouphug: I've been trying to get a CRT reservation for one of my dates and something showed up a few days ago. When I went to "reserve" it, it gave me the Server is Busy message and by the time I tried again the reservation was gone. Talk about heartbreak! I sent an email to Disney as I find their website to be "lacking".........their response was "next time, call". :rolleyes1
