So frustrated - help!!!

I keep getting pin codes sent to me through my e-mail address. When I go to access them to check out the offer it will not accept my postal code, or says that I have multiple addresses attached to my postal code. I tried calling WDW today to have them check the address that they have on file but I kept getting transferred back to the automated service. I don't want to make a reservation, just want to check out how good the deal is so we can decide whether or not we're able to fit it in our budget at this time. Anybody have any suggestions???

As I recall, it was tricky at first with my postal code. I ended up trying my old postal code, and also playing around with the spaces (space between/no space between) and it ended up finally working...
I have never really had the issue of not getting a real person to talk to on the phone though, that's frustrating when it is long distance!!

Has to be postal code w/no spaces and often needs a 2nd try..a pain.
