So exicted I've booked Oct 2006

I,m so excited I've just booked for Oct 2006 with virgin. Had to phone them because my credit card was not accepted on the website- they said they had not set up the computers to accept early bookings yet but they said they would send my details in manually to pay for the desposit. Going on my third hol with virgin. I have sent of a form on the web to join the frequent hol club - do they still give 10% discount on the third booking and how do I go about getting it.

Hi there.

We've just booked for Oct 06 too. We'll be there 14-28 October in POR. Can't wait. I've also booked with Virgin and also joined the Flying Club online to get the 10% discount, but on reading the small print it does say that you can't get the 10% discount in conjunction with the online booking discount, but it's worth a try. I'll let you know if I get it.

Great news!!

I'm sure they apply the discount automatically when you become a FV but I don't think you can combine discounts.

we're going OCt 2006 as well....also with virgin

bit annoyed though, this is the third time we've went with them so joined the frequent flyer programme....but now you can join the first time you use them....and can only claim miles for the last 6 months....if they had allowed this when we went last May we could have collected points.....so anyone whos used virgin before....join asap
