We were going to take a year off and not visit WDW this year, but we just booked. We're staying onsite from December 8th 2008 until January 12th 2009. I haven't asked my husband yet, but I'm guessing this probably counts as next year's holiday too, so we won't be back until 2010.

Congrats. I am planning for Dec 2009 as well. December is my favorite time to visit Disney.

You should be extra excited, that is a very long visit. I am jealous. :

We haven't stayed at WDW for xmas since we got married there in 1999. We usually go for the hallowe'en parties, so we'll be trying MVMCP this time. Also going to look into what else is available to do at christmas. I've read about a sleigh ride at fort wilderness(??).Trying to decide where to eat is the hardest part. I need to start making my ADRs but we haven't made any decisions yet.
