With the great assistance of a BIG DVCer (thanks SINK) we will be taking our first trip to a DVC resort! We are staying at the BCV over Thanksgiving in a studio. We have stayed at the Yacht Club before and love the location and ammenities. Can someone tell me what sort of benefits (if any) I get as a DVC renter? Will I notice any differences vs staying in a non-DVC room such as the Yacht Club? I know about the fact that I only get housekeeping once. Also, are there laundry rooms on every floor? Are they crowded or a pest to use?
If you've stayed in a studio before, did you go to a grocery store before arrival or did you just pick up stuff at the Boardwalk place that has groceries? We'll probably have breakfast in our room most days and maybe lunch a few times.
