so excited - Pirates and Pals!

Wasn't sure where to put this but...

Our trip is in 10 days. I have everything set the way I want it except I was hoping for the Wishes Dessert Party. I've been checking compulsively for a while now.

When I first booked I had considered the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage. I left it on my Wish List but for some reason I haven't been thinking about it lately.

Then this morning, after refreshing the dessert party page a dozen times, I started reading about the Pirates and Pals again and realized that ds would absolutely love it (and so would I)!

I called the number and fully expected it to be all booked up. I checked one day. Full. I checked a second day. No cruise that night (it's a Wednesday). Then I checked a third day and got the reservation! As I look at my dates, it really is the best night (out of our 10) for us to do it.

I am just SOOO excited.

9 days in the parks
Frozen dessert party
Pirates and Pals
Every single ADR I wanted (except for Wishes dessert party but I'm even more excited about what I replaced it with)
Celebrating my son's birthday in a place I've been dreaming of taking him

We'll be there in TEN DAYS!!!!

We did Pirates and Pals during our 2010 trip. DD absolutely loved Peter Pan and she was so surprised and overwhelmed with excitement when Peter Pan was at the dock when we returned from the cruise. The fireworks and cruise was wonderful but the look on DDs little face when she saw Pan, priceless!!!

Sounds exciting!! We did pirates and pals last year and it was a lot of fun! I hope you have a great trip!!

You all will really enjoy it. We did it last year with then 3 and 6 year old grandsons. They loved it. We did too. A really nice, fun evening.

I've done all the many fireworks cruises multiple times over the years and Pirates and Pals is one of my favorites!
Snacks, drinks, Hook and Smee beforehand, a comfortable boat and fun interaction (games and prizes) with our Pirate for the kids on the ride out (and great view of the water barge light parade), great sound piped in and wonderful view of the fireworks even from the farthest seat on the opposite side of the boat (I was worried about that one, so of course that's the seat I got lol). Then meeting Pan to top off a wonderful night. Enjoy!!!
