So excited...just ordered the birthday room pkg!

I got an "are you ready to go?" email today and it had info from the Disney Florist about different gifts you can purchase that you can have delivered to your room throughout the stay.

DS4 has a birthday right around our trip, so we are celebrating his birthday while we are there. A little background...DS4 is my most mellow, most "low maintenance" child. Because of this, he sometimes unintentionally gets the least attention because he demands the least attention. I feel bad that he sometimes gets left out or has to wait for the other "high maintenance" children to get what they want.

So I wanted to make this special for him. I ordered the Mickey and Pals big birthday surprise which includes so many gifts. They decorate your room with a birthday sash on the door, a singing balloon and a present from each of the main characters, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Pluto. Gifts include personalized ears, rice krispie treat dog bones, a Minnie candy cake, a pin set, a light up lanyard, a light up tinkerbell shadow, Donald's feathers, and so much more.

I am not telling anyone in the family and they are going to set it up while we are at dinner on our second night.

I will post pics of his little face when he sees it for those who are interested.

That's sounds awesome! Please post pics!! I also have a easy going child who due to the fact my other ones require so much attention I sometimes feel like I leave her out! I am working on it though!! My DD would be thrilled with something like that!! Way to go!!

You order the package from the disney florist website. I am thinking of doing this for my grandsons and subbing the birthday items and just having surprises from Mickey and his friends. It looks adorable and they do the packages and room up very cute! I think it;s cute that Goofys gift in a box over the phone, with a number to dial that plays a birthday wishes greeting from Goofy!!

Sounds fun! Last year for our Daughter's 8th Bday - we ordered the "Princess for a Day" package from the florist. It was delivered to her at dinner and she was so excited. The Florist's do such a great job. It was beautiful. I am sure your son will love the room package! It looks like over the top kind of fun. Enjoy your stay!

That sound like it's so cool! I wish I had know about it when we celebrated our DD birthday there a few years ago! She would have loved that. We still got some great stuff for her from the Grand Floridian, but this would have been amazing for her. Can't wait to see the pictures!
