Thanks everyone for all your advice, I decided on the Hard Rock in the end. Have booked a night (wish we could afford more).

They have confirmed a high floor, pool / park view.

Roll on August.

We are staying at the HRH for the first time next month,also! We did a pool view and requested upper floor as well. We're just going for 2 nights then off to Disney for 2! Have a great trip!

Just a bit od advice. We had boked the same request...high floor with pool view. When we checked in our room was not ready yet and I again requested the high floor with view..when we got to the room, none of the requests were met.
