SO EXCITED! CRT before wedding!

Well, I called out of a whim to see if DF and I could get a reservation before the wedding at CRT. We have been wanting to go for a while and have tried a few times without success.
My family use to go all the time in the good ol’ days when you could walk-up and get a table. Those days are long gone!
Well, I called and we now have a Friday lunch reservation two days before the wedding which is perfect! We thought it would be fun for our last dinner together before it gets crazy with family and guests. I knoe this may sound silly, but I can’t wait! I told them it was our wedding weekend and the CM was so excited for us- made me smile!
Oh! Is the food any good?

Yay! I love it there. I have had breakfast and dinner there. I loved the food!

I have heard mixed reviews on the food. I would do a search on it... couldn't hurt. But, some things you just have to consider doing for the experience...

Yay! i am so happy for you, I was just able to book our CRT ressies for our first alone dinner together after the wedding! Won't it be magical????

I have ate their for breakfast before and the food was amazing, they had this blueberry and cream cheese stuffed french toast that was TO DIE FOR!!!

Never had the lunch or dinner though. I have read some reviews and the majority of them were very positive regarding the food, but like with everything else their were the bad reviews too! But it really is hard to find ANY restaurant that has 100% positive reviews, so I say don't read them, don't let them get to you and give you a predetermination of what to expect. Just go, enjoy yourselves, and form your own opinion! Congrats!!!

We've just had our wedding meal there and loved every minute. The food was great. I took some piccies which i'll try and post later. They also gave us a pair of CRT champagne flutes which was a lovely surprise and the table had Cinderella confetti over it

We are having our first alone dinner the day after the wedding at CRT. I made our reservations a few weeks ago. I think we timed it just right in time to see wishes from the window. I hope we get a good seat. I am looking so forward to being alone since our whole familly and lots of friends will be there the entire week.

I have to be honest, I would rather just eat three courses of dessert than real food!

Congrats on the reservations! What are great and magical way to start your lives together! The food is great I have been there for lunch and dinner. The food is lovely and I sure you and your soon to be DH will love it there too!

Yay! That sounds like fun! I know what it is like to have one last meal in a quiet place before all of the craziness starts. That is one thing I wish we had done. We were so busy that the only time we really spent with each other was stranded in the airport on the way to the wedding!!
