So do they make announcement the day prior?

I have Disney Visa and have been checking their site and haven't seen anything so far. Wondering if they annouced it a day early last year, or do they just announce it on the day they start taking reservations for it?

I found an archive from last year and someone said they got an email from disney the evening before it opened to the visa cardholders (3/31 for bookings on 4/1)
