So crowded!

It was so crowded while I was there Thursday and Friday. Friday night was so busy, We took an afternoon break and came back around 6, we had to leave an hour later because it was so busy.You couldn't even walk around without being bumped into. I don't think it was Gay Days crowds(didnt see that many red shirts) I'm on the road now, I'll post a trip report when I get home.

I'll never go back in October again.

maybe gay day participants weren't wearing their red shirts? i know a lot of folks also bought the discounted covention tickets...so i'm sure that brought in a lot more folks, too. this is our 1st trip in october...i hope the crowds won't be too bad...though we are going towards the end of next week...which is the beginning of the long columbus day weekend, so we may be out of luck wishing for low crowds.

I don't know but it was so crowded, I couldn't even enjoy myself. I've never been when it was that crowded.

we went Wed the 1st and it was quite enjoyable, except for the heat...

I think if you are going on a weekend or during any type of holiday/event, just expect it to be crowded.

Yeah, we always tend to go on weekends and are never suprised by the crowds. Last year Gay Days was the crowded we ever have seen it... It was crowded, but managable...
