I need help! All of my guests are coming from different states. How do I get them all of the info? Do you send out Save the Dates for Intimates?

i think the easiest way is to do a newsletter and just send it out to all the guests. disney dont send out save the dates for intimates but you can do if you want

I tried to routinely communicate with my traveling guests. I sent newsletters every other month (from May - September) with useful and fun information. They were a big hit!

I also changed the colors on each of our 4 newsletters and purchased fun colorful, matching envelopes for mailing (with Disney stamps of course).

We're having an Intimate wedding as well. We're going to make our own save the dates! We're going to print them out on cardstock and attach them to magnents so that people can put them on the fridge and not forget!!! Good luck!
