So Confused What should I do?

Hello!

We are going to disney in May with 8 girls. We are considered a grand gathering and I was given a Grand Gathering number to use when I make my dining reservations. My question is the following: for 2 days there will be only 7 of us dining.

Should I call the regular disney dining reservation number or should I call the grand gathering number to make dining reservations for when there is only 7 of us

i guess my biggest concern isnt making the reservations but having all the reservations on one account so when i go to the hotel (beach club villas) they can just print out all our ADRs for us.

any thoughts or help would be awesome thanks so much in advance!

you're still a grand gathering even though for a couple of meals you'll have less dining.
I can't imagine it would be any problem. Surely, they can use that number no matter what. Maybe you won't be able to get the first or last seating...
Just call the GG folks. They will tell you what they can/can not do.

They pull up your reservations based on the phone number you use. A couple of years ago I used grand gatherings for one meal and all the rest were made through the regular Dining phone number. When we got to the resort they had a print out of all our meals ready for us just because we joined a grand gathering for one meal.

You are still a Grand Gathering. Part of the free service is to make sure everyone in the gathering have their needs taken care of. That doesn't mean the entire party always has to dine together (I know my gathering wouldn't be so grand if we all had to eat together all the time). So you can make all your dining arrangements through the Grand Gathering number.
