So confused, trip 12/19 through 12/30

I have my air tickets and am trying to get a decent deal for WDW from 12/19 through 12/30.....I made a reservation but only saw the one code and they said it did not apply to me

any thoughts from some of the more experienced???

would any code be valid for me??

the best my 1.25 hour conversation with WDW travel produced was......11 nights, POR, 10 day base tickets (1 adult, 1 child), dining plan (1 adult, 1 child)......total 2765.06

is that decent?

oops....forgot to add, I wanted Ploynesian or Contemporary as they are my favorites, but they not available and I have other family staying at POR during thr same time so may just give it a try
