Hi Everyone,

i lasted posted in March when i was hoping to book our first Florida Disney holiday for August 2011..well i finally booked for myself, husband and 2 children-son 13/daughter 7,staying from 25/8/11 for 2 weeks at the Quality Inn Plaza on International Drive...after having finally made that decision-which took ages i might add!i am now faced with a totally confusing ticket selection, not knowing what i am really getting into, and desperately need HELP!!!We are hoping to do a couple of days away from the parks, shopping,Discovery Cove,Kennedy Space Centre, and a beach..so am not sure what length/type of ticket i need to purchase ? i would like to go to see Harry Potter at UniversalStudios Orlando, and would like to visit a few water parks as well as Walt Disney World, but don't know whether to get a 5 day flexi ticket or 14 ultimate which appears to offer greater flexibility but at a higher cost!i really do need any help or advise you could give..thanks

This might be better to ask on the UK trip planning board.

Hope you get some answers soon! :goodvibes

I think you need to sit down and make a rough plan of what you want to see and do and how many days you want to spend in each park.

Universal, IOA, Seaworld, Aquatica and possibly Busch Gardens can be taken care of with one Flex or Combi ticket that will be valid for 14 days.

You then need to decide how many days you want to spend in WDW. Make sure you get a ticket that lets you park hop and is valid for 14 days to give you more flexibility.

Have a look at the options on this site:

I've stayed at the QIP in IDrive. It in a nice location with plenty of nice places to eat nearby as well as the Pointe Orlando mall just across the road (be careful crossing the road!).
You can use the I-Ride trolley bus to get up and down IDrive:

You can get 7 or 14 day passes from the hotel.

Thanks Guys..i certainly have a lot of planning to do!!!!

That's half the fun ;) So is asking questions and getting to chat about your decisions so hopefully we will be seeing lots of posts from you one here :goodvibes
