We're DVC members with reservations in early November at Riveria. We hadn't purchased tickets yet and then they cut them off. When am I able to purchase tickets for our trip? From what I read it may be sometime at the end of summer, but Member Services said June 28th. Do I call MS or the Disney line for tickets?

There are 2 threads in DVC/Miscellanous discussing this. The communications from Disney have been non-existent, and there is a lot of angst on this topic. If I were to guess, they will re-open sales at some point when they get a good handle on how many they have sold already, and at that point they will open sales again. But it is quite likely that all who want them may not get them. Check into those threads so if any news comes out, you will hear about it.

There has no Official statement from Disney on when 2020 will go on sale again.

A few people have reported hearing the 28th and I heard rumblings of first week in July.

Only thing we can do is wait to hear from them.

Yes, I think they are waiting for data from this whole Park Pass thing to see how many people already have tickets/APs AND plan to go in 2020 before they sell more 2020 tickets. That's why we haven't heard an official date as to when ticket sales will resume. Whenever they think they have a pretty good handle on the numbers, tickets for this year will go on sale again.

Was planning on going to the parks 2 days but now with this fiasco might have to skip them!

I just hope that people with existing resort reservations (DVC or cash resort) will be given opportunity to purchase tickets and book park passes before people who have neither tickets nor Disney resort reservations.
Well the general public that have tickets but no resort reservation can book park reservations on Sunday. Dvc members with resort reservation but no park passes can not book park reservations. So no, we won’t be given the oppportnity to do this before the general public. So frustrated with dvc.

Why are you frustrated with DVC?

On Wednesday the 24th, cash room only guests for 2021 could convert their reservations to packages, add tickets and book parks. DVC villa only for 2021, could not do this till Sunday (today), because for DVC bookings there is no such think as a package. In the end, park reservation availability for resort guests did not change from Wednesday till today, but it left us with days of wondering. Another concerning thing is as of right now, if a person has an existing ticket an no room reservation they can book every possible park day, including DHS on 7/15 to 7/18. However, if that same person happens to have a resort reservation for cash or DVC on those days, they cannot book DHS on those days. If they had no IT issues on Monday, they could have booked those days. Sometime on Monday afternoon DHS and MK were filled for some of the days in the first week. They are still available for ticket only guests. I won't be there the first week, so I am not impacted, but it still bothers me that having a resort reservation could hurt you. I need buy tickets and get some park days during food and wine 1/2 marathon. Will having a reservation hurt my chances when tickets finally go on sale? That does not seem right. A person staying off property could have access to booking park days for a longer time period than people staying on property, including DVC.

Also, I have tried for a solid week to get through to DVC on the phone and it is always busy. I have sent emails that no one has bothered to answer.
