So I'm one of the Canadians that for the past few months has not been able to access the "new" Disney website with the My Disney Experience tab.

Yesterday, I randomly googled disney world, clicked on the link and boom...there is the new site! So I click on My Disney Experience, and put in my username and password to log in.

A window pops up saying unable to connect at this time. So I click okay and boom...the page reverts to the old website with no My Disney Experience.

So I had it for a few seconds and no more :confused3
 
There were technical problems on all the Disney sites yesterday. I was trying to do some bookings and phoned them for help. The IT person said there were problems across the board.
 
I got in and managed to link up my resort reservations and my dining reservations on the new site. Not sure how it happened, but there it is. :thumbsup2 Good luck.

Also it has linked them to the mobile site where I can view and manage the reservations there, too.
