So Close!

So I'm one of the Canadians that for the past few months has not been able to access the "new" Disney website with the My Disney Experience tab.

Yesterday, I randomly googled disney world, clicked on the link and boom...there is the new site! So I click on My Disney Experience, and put in my username and password to log in.

A window pops up saying unable to connect at this time. So I click okay and boom...the page reverts to the old website with no My Disney Experience.

So I had it for a few seconds and no more

There were technical problems on all the Disney sites yesterday. I was trying to do some bookings and phoned them for help. The IT person said there were problems across the board.

I got in and managed to link up my resort reservations and my dining reservations on the new site. Not sure how it happened, but there it is. Good luck.

Also it has linked them to the mobile site where I can view and manage the reservations there, too.
