We leave April 7th and we are super excited! However I'm freaking out about 5 kids, My SO (he counts as a kid, right?), my mom and keeping everyone organized at the airports and during the flight! I think my mom will be the worst
We are going from Seattle to LAX. Seattle I don't worry about, I know Seatac well from other trips but LAX has me sweating. Any advice? I've heard they tend to be less than courteous around there.

Just relax. You will do fine. I think you are just as likely to run into helpful, nice people in LA as you are anywhere.

I lived there as a college student and one time left my wallet on the bus. Someone drove it to my home, and left it in my mailbox for me, and did not take a singe cent.

I would try to divide and conquer as much as possible. When you get off the plane, one person takes the kids to a bench and waits while the other one gets the luggage. (depending on age)
