I started off today so elated and now I'm sort of frustrated, so I thought what better people to vent to than my fellow DISers!
I finally made our wedding/honeymoon reservations today (two days at the Wilderness Lodge and 3 days at Riverside
) and was thrilled because I knew that that was the first step before calling Disney directly
. I waited until I got home from work and tried to go to disneyweddings.com to find the phone number. The page wouldn't load!
I tried again. No luck. I close the browser. Nothing. I tried Internet Explorer, instead of Safari. Still nothing. I finally get the brilliant idea to google search for the number and fnd it. Success! Right?
Not so much. I got the recording saying their office hours are until 5:30 pm. I look up at the clock. It's...5:32. Ack!
Anyway, I know it's not a big deal, and I can just call over the weekend or next week, but it's been so nice to make progress all this week (making the reservations, visiting Sunrise Terrace, which we totally fell in love with, etc.) that I didn't want to have to wait any longer!
Thanks for letting me vent! I'll give you guys an upate next week; I'm sure to post all the time and irritate everyone now that I'm actually involved in the planning process!!!!
