I looked at my email this afternoon at 2:45 pm. Disney had sent me a pin code at 10:00 am, offering me a free upgrade for my stay in September. Staying at Pop, and upgrade was for a studio in Saratoga Springs or Old Key West. Called at 3:00 pm, and all upgrades were gone alreadyl. So bummed!
So bummed! Missed a pin code.

i got the email at 2pm and called at 4 and there was nothing left either.
