So we close on our new house on Thursday. This is the 3rd house we've built so all in all I'd have to say things have gone pretty well. Until last night....
The carpet in the dining room is the wrong color- brown instead of sage green. I thought I ordered beige for the office, but it's brown. Our daughter ordered a multi-colored one that matched her comforter perfectly. Her carpet is all purple.
Granted, I can live with all of these. But it's not what I wanted!
I have a call in to the salesman that helped us. I didn't get a receipt with the numbers on it but those wouldn't have made sense to me anyway. I just know the colors I showed him, not the numbers. I assumed he'd write it down correctly! Another lesson learned I guess.
We used this carpet vendor last time and it went off without a hitch.
If you could spare some pixie I'd appreciate it!

I could not believe my eyes until we checked it out last evening. It was the talk of the street!
