Some jerk broke in to our van last night, we think through the sliding door because the lock sticks sometimes and fails to lock.
These jerks stole every cd we had in there.........................................................mostly kids music!!!!!! What the hell are a bunch of punk *** going to do with that???????
All of DD's cds that were in there, gone. Limited edition cds, gone. Music we bought on vacations, gone.
I want to go get a gun and shoot every person who walks by at night. Put up signs letting everyone around here know that there is a jerk (trying to keep the bad language at a minimum, but I am absolutely fuming!) prowling about at night.
The officer who came out here said he has been busy out here the last two weeks or so, with breakins on our street and the two adjacent. He said we were actually lucky, people have had windows smashed and sideview mirrors broken off. I am pissed because the park management has not issued any kind of warning about these incidents.
Most likely when these (jerks) discover that it is KIDS music, it will wind up in the trash. That pisses me off too...................About $400 dollars worth of stuff, gone. Our vacation memories, our pick-me-up, happy-go-lucky music--gone.
I just needed to vent. I feel violated. And it doesn't help that DH is gone right now.
Gone--Beauty and Beast soundtrack, Mary Poppins Soundtrack, a custom CD my parents had made for DD with her name in it, Los Lonely Boys, Maroon 5, Missy Elliot, WDW four parks soundtrack 100 Years of Magic, music from EPCOT including Tapestry of Nations and Illuminations, WDW Music in the Streets Parade soundtrack, Fantasmic soundtrack, Woody's Roundup (Music from Toy Story 2----also one of DD's favorites), what my daughter calls Green Mickey, Purple Mickey and Red Mickey (compilation CD's), Musical Celebration of Disneyland limited edition CD's #3 and 4, Disney's Mega Movie Mix, Disney Mania 3, Ragtime at the Magical Kingdoms, O' Mickey Where Art Thou, my sons Avril Lavigne, and Kim Possible.
That's just the ones I can think of right now. I have to go through our CD's and figure it out I guess for insurance purposes.
I just want to scream right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or cry........
I am hoping you understand my sadness about this. Not the way I wanted to start out our day here.............getting the kids off to school with them knowing someone out there is so mean and heartless and willing to hurt innocent people in such a stupid way.
That's what it is, just stupid. They didn't care what they were getting! Just that they were doing it. UGH!
How could they not realize that most of it belonged to kids???????? When they had to climb over DD's booster seat to get to it???
I need a hug.

I'm so sorry that happened to you. I don't know how anyone can steal from children, what a piece of crap.
