Snow

I tried searching but couldn't find anything specific. When and where does the snow fall in DL? Is it Main Street right after the parade or when it starts getting dark? How long does it last?

The snow happens when they light the castle and also i believe during the fireworks as well. It is a truly amazing experience

It snows in three places- on Main Street, by IASW, and by the river. It is marked on the map where it will happen, with giant snowflakes.

I lasted about 5 minutes each time, and you can tell when it is about to start because you can hear whatever they use turn on.

It happened during the castle lighting/IASW projections, and again at the end of the fireworks.

It's very cool, and not to be missed! Especially the one after the fireworks on Main Street. We saw it in all three places and thought that one was the best place and time.

It has snowed in Anaheim.
Here is real snow one mile north of Disneyland on Harbor.
I made the Snowman and my sister made a snowball........

It could happen again! Wouldn't that be true suprise. :

Very cool picture. We've had a tiny bit of snow in Sacramento over the years. Thank you everyone for the replies. We don't plan anything out except this time we are making time for the parade and the snow.

snow happens when ..well i don't really remember but it happens at certain times at night. they will turn the lights off on the castle do ther snow castle light thing and then the snow., i think they do this twice.. i can't remember last year was so long ago...but its cool

It gets really quiet before they do the snow. We always go off season (next week! ), and they usually only do the snow after the fireworks.

In addition to the places mentioned, it also snows by the teacups. The park map will indicate snow locations.

castle lighting and fireworks, you'll know when it's going to happen, especially if you're standing next to the snow machine poles. I love the snow at DLR, makes me tear up every time.

We got to see the snow last week, the let it fall right after the castle lighting ceremony. I thought it was going to snow right after the fireworks,too, because the song they were playing was white christmas but it never snowed.

That's weird...it snowed during that song/after the fireworks every day we were there.
