Snow!!!

I was sitting in Tim Horton's this afternoon reading a book and happened to notice someone come in brushing something white off. I thought no, that can't be snow but when I looked over and out the window, I couldn't believe the blizzard that was going on outside!!

I messaged Dan (goes to UWO) when I got home and he said they got it in London and DH said they got it in Guelph (works there) too.

Thank goodness it passed over quickly but now I'm depressed! I hate winter.

Sorry about the snow! It's a beautiful, sunny fall day here.
One of the reasons I left Edmonton was I got sick of shovelling the snow one April day!

bbangel, I often wished I'd followed my sister out to BC. She says she would never consider moving back to Ontario. She lives on Vancouver Island, in Nanoose Bay.

My parents live in Niagara, I'll have to call and see if they saw it too! I never thought it would be in that area too, it's usually milder there isn't it?

Hey, here in Ohio we had a bit of snow today. It sure looked pretty swirling around! Last night we had tornado warnings! Gotta love this state

In Kitchener Waterloo, Ont we have had almost blizzard type conditions a few times today alternating with lots of sun. Snowing, and hard! Good thing it is still warm (?) out and not much is staying. Just 30 min northwest of us there are reports of whiteouts!!! I'm not ready for this!!!

We had snow squalls out here in Simcoe and we're sill getting them. And just an FYI the news says Niagara Falls area is to get 10-15 CM and maybe up to 40 CM tonight!!! This is wayyyy to early......BUT it gets me even more excited about our trip to Florida.....2 weeks today!

Well, no snow here in the east end of Ontario, but I heard about you folks in the north, as well as Orillia and Peterboro....

The good news is... it won't last... past April

Hi Cindy! OMG, you're not serious about that much snow already??? This is waaaaaay too early! Dh said he drove through a few blizzards on his way home from work tonight.

Somebody know Mother Nature's number? Surely this is a joke!

I kept saying to DH today that the real date today must be April 1st as this is a really bad joke!

Our car is covered with snow and it's still coming in spurts.Also the temp has now dropped to zero (and I have my fireplace on )

The weather channel says that the Niagara region is under a severe snowsquall warning with "snow thunder" too! Batten down the hatches and welcome to an ealy winter! Brrrrr...................

Florida can't come soon enough for us!

Just got back from WDW yesterday at 12:00 am and left 32 degrees in Florida and have come home to SNOW here in Winnipeg. This is way too early and way too cold for this time of the year. Right now, the winds are gusting from NW to 90 KM per hour! Yuk! I wanna go back!

Mother Nature can be so mean.October and we here in Newmarket got a taste of the snow today too.It was fine one moment then it went dark and next thing you know it was a blizzard out there.
I hate winter!!! Except for Chirstmas you can keep the snow.
