Hey I'm here! Let's hope the Disboards cooperate & lets get this show back on the road. I am so sorry I have abandoned this report. Going back to work was a lot more tiring that I thought it would be after being out. Anyway back to the trip that was when?? Oh Ya OCTOBER!!
Here we go..

I could not wait to try the lava cake then was shocked with the size:

One bite & gone. I could have eaten about 10 of them. They were GOOD though.

Then on to listen to one of my favorite group of men (in kilts)

Had to get my favorite in Canada..the cheddar soup

Ok so far so good. Now for LOTS of shopping pics.

This was the store as you enter WS from FW

I had never been at that time of year so I was enjoying all of the Christmas goodies. The girls in my office gave me a $25 Disney gift card SO.... I bought these cups & some place mats to go with them..

I don't remember if I mentioned we were in Oak Manor Room 9208, 2nd floor, courtyard view.

It was very close to the food court (a quick walk across the bridge) so it was a great location. We relaxed for a while & then headed ..........

Will end it here for now. I am off to the gym. I gained weight when I was laid up & thanks to the med's. So now I am trying to get it OFF but it is so much easier to put it on than to take it off!! Will try to update more tonight. I cannot believe I am still on day 1!!!!

Supper in the oven so I am going to continue on.

Before heading out to DTD I stopped in here

Then we got on a boat & headed to DTD:

Our first stop was Rainforest Cafe

Jeff did not get anything. I guess he was full from Food & Wine. Then we were off to the Christmas Store, Mickey's Pantry (Love that store), Basin & WoD

Loved these ornaments so one came home with me

During my DTD shopping trip I got some Christmas candy corn to put in the gift baskets for the girls at work, I also got them Disney candy bars, at Mickey's Pantry I purchased some hot cocoa seasonings and a few other things & at Basin I purchased tubes of bath salts (keep this in mind when I get to the airport)!!

Then we took the boat back. We had a GREAT captain on the boat back. His name was Clint & he was so funny. He mentioned that there were life jackets on board & enough for everyone including himself because he did NOT want to go down with the ship. He also told us about 3 years ago someone asked him to stop in front of the mansions & because he did not the guy jumped overboard!! True Story.

We got back to the resort around 10:45 & headed to the Hot Tub for a bit.

Well that is day one!!

I have LOTS & LOTS of pics since our stay there was longer than planned so stay tuned!! By the way we really loved it at POR & I am sure you will too.

I have a couple of Off Kilter cd's. I love listening to them & enjoy seeing them in person even more!!

Hi Anita. I know I could not believe he jumped off the boat. I wonder if enjoying any libations at DTD might of had anything to do with it.

I certainly enjoyed my shopping that week. Especially when a certain person I was texting gave me an idea about outlet shopping.... Hummm I wonder who that was...

Ok I am on lunch & multitasking by eating & trying to
do a quick update.

We left off in the hot tub at POR at the end of our first night. Aahh love those hot tubs!! I NEED one here at home. Hopefully someday..

Anyway the next morning we were up bright & early thinking we only had 3 days there had to make the most of it so we headed back to Epcot.

And headed here

Then we grabbed breakfast here

Jeff & I both got the breakfast plate. Wow it looks huge in the picture but did not seem so big as I was eating it.

After breakfast we headed to Captain EO. I am not big into that but it was ok. It was something new to see so we did it.

Thank goodness for pictures to see what order we did things. We actually got a fastpass for Soarin before breakfast & our return time was 10:45 so we headed that way

Then we headed to The Seas to visit with Nemo & friends

Then off to Turtle Talk to see Crush. I think Jeff & I enjoy this more than the boys.

Ok another lunch hour so another update.

After Soarin & visiting with Nemo we headed over to WS for more food & wine.

According to my receipts we stopped in Mexico so I could buy a few things. I wanted to get the candy filled with Kahlua so I purchased that & a few other items. Then I had one of these (not to be my last)

Can I just say I called this "Heaven in a cup"!! That is the berry colada. It is small & $7.25 but oh so good!!!!

Jeff got some shrimp in Australia and we made our way to Norway. I wanted to get the Laila perfume. I did not realize the gentleman that made the perfume was there in the store!!

He was giving out autographs & a very tiny bottle of the Laila perfume. That was nice to see him there.

I'm not a foodie - at all - but I'm excited to visit WDW during the F&W Festival again in October.

I am at work...SSHH!!

I was hoping we would be going back again this year but after staying there longer than expected in Oct. & Cody entering college I don't think we will go but playing it by ear right now. So glad for you that you get to go on a girls trip again!!

I can tell you are not a foodie-you are tiny, tiny, tiny!!

I had seen so many pics & could not believe I was there taking my own pics. We were getting hungry so we headed to Pecos Bills. Jeff had the Angus burger & I had the Taco Salad which I LOVED!!! It would not be my last taco salad of the trip. At that point they were starting to announce that the party was starting & I wanted to make sure I got a T shirt as I heard they really sell out fast (not really so that night) so after we ate we headed to the Emporium so I could get my shirt. Then we walked around & went to see how long the line was for the 7 dwarfs. It was LONG so we did some trick or treating. I could not believe how much candy they give you!! Handfuls!! The boys had told us to bring back candy & we certainly were working on that. We headed to

We then headed to the 7 Dwarfs line to WAIT. My DH's favorite character is Grumpy & that is the only Disney clothing he wears is Grumpy so I wanted to make sure we got to see them. We waited around 50 minutes but not too bad as sometimes the line was 90 minutes!!

So after that mission was accomplished we had another mission. In our previous trip we wanted to cream cheese pretzel (we LOVE them) but when we got over to the Lunching Pad they were CLOSED so this trip DH kept mentioning getting the pretzel so we headed over that way & got our pretzel. When I looked at my watch I realized we had to book it over to the hub to get our spot for the parade!! So we quickly made our way there.

You have been an updating machine! Isn't MNSSHP so cool? We didn't go year before last just to take a break, and then we didn't go last year, since Jill wasn't with us. We're very ready to go again on this coming October trip.

Love those Epcot pictures. I need that mariachi band to come to my school this week for our Mexico activities. All of the goodies in Norway are tempting. I have had some of them, but I need to keep trying new ones.
