Snow question at Osbourne Lights

I have never seen any characters each time we have went to them.

I've seen characters at the Osborne lights before, but I think that might have been at one of the special AP nights.........and it was also back when the lights were still put up in the backlot. I remember there being a snowman in front of one house, a toy soldier in front of another, and a penguin.

Yes, there is snow!!! It is the kind that is blown from a machine. you know the snow that is in ski resorts.

The Osbourne show is absolutely breathtakingly indescribable. You have to see it to beleive it. Like walking through a neighborhood filled with thousands of lights, except with a lot more people around!<

So grab a hot chocolate, don't forget your camera, and be prepared to be amazed.

We've seen the Osborne Lights 4 or 5 times/years, and will do so again in about 2 months. If you are are WDW from late November thru the end of the year, you MUST see them.

The snow is made of soap bubbles.

Ski resort snow is made from blowing water (with additives to make it freeze more easily) through a fan. The temperature needs to be close to freezing for it to work. Running one of these on all but the coldest days at WDW would result in a cool rain, not snow.
