Snow on Saturday - will it affect flight out of Buffalo?

Hi Everyone:

I just heard on the news that we are expecting 5-10 cm on Saturday. We fly out of Buffalo at 12:05 pm. Has anyone experienced that much snow and still had their flight leave on time? Any tips? TIA

We're on the first flight of the day. I've been watching the flights all week to see which ones have been delayed/cancelled with all the weather we've been having lately. On the windy day - all were cancelled. On all the snowy days we've had - there have been flights delayed and maybe one cancelled. It looked like the 1stop flight would have missed a connection a couple of times. So fingers crossed. I think if it's really bad we'll be delayed - but from what I've heard it will be flurries not heavy snow.

Had to get up early this morning to check-in - I think this is airline abuse! We managed to get A boarding passes so I'm pleased (although tired!)

According to the forecast I read, Buffalo will have temps about 37 or 38F on Saturady so if anything...it will be rain (but it does say just cloudy). It might cool off a bit late in the day (about 5pm) where there may be light snow.
Its not supposed to snow in Toronto until about 10 or 11am (and even then its supposed to be very light).It will snow a little tonight as well. So ,your travelling down shouldn't be an issue (assuming you are travelling Saturday .morning)
