snow in Louisiana!

Woohoo, I was awaken my my dad at 5:30.. It was snowing!!! Thats big deal for us down here, its been 21 years since it last snowed. I live in central Louisiana, so it doesn't even really get that cold here. But i've been having fun, and there's a lot of parishes mainly starting here in the middle and going down to the gulf that has canceled school. The more down south you get, the more the snow.. hmm strange? It's about.. I would say four or five inches. Yay! Happy Holidays

when i first woke up around 5:40am.

hehe, of coarse I had to play.

he kept digging his head underneath the snow,
then tossing it into the air. he was having a good time,
till one hit him in the head and scared him.

ohh yeah, it takes us about an hour and a half to get to Lafayette. We was just there for the Airshow not to long ago.

I woke up today and was greeted by 3 inches of RAIN! Ahhh is that a pain in the hein quarters to drive through. Especially in a 5 speed manual Eclipse. I want snow, we havnt had a GOOD snow in about 6 years. Every year it is nothing but a "light dusting".

Lucky! To get off school here in Cleveland, we need like a foot of snow on the groud. Last year, in one weekend get got about 2 and a half feet of snow here in the snow belt where I live. The blizard of 08'. But, is this the first time you guys have ever seen snow?
