Thanks for the great pictures of the Woodstocks in Egypt seeing the pyramids & the Snoopys in sunny California. And thanks to IBSF for the list.
Looks like at this rate I may still get the Snoopys for Christmas...2007 They have a lot of friends waiting for them at my house, a whole tree full of them.

Looking forward to seeing more pics soon.

Ok folks, I've PM'd about 5 people about the Snoopys and have either had no response or replys that it's not a good time. I hate to break the list, but If anyone wants them for Christmas I need to get them mailed. So. . . PM me if you want them and I will look at all the PM's and whoever is highest on the list will be next. They are ready to move on. . . Coral wants to "play" with them.

Ok, we had a busy day yesterday in Galveston,Texas with lots of pictures!! Here we go......

We started out our day strolling along the strand with lots of shops. Here we are at the Peanut Butter Warehouse.

We then went to lunch at the Garden Grill. Here we are in front of the water wall. A waterfall on the wall was real pretty.

We then wanted to check out the Christmas decorations.

When we saw the horse and carriage we had to visit. Look very closely as we are on the horses back.

After all this walking we stopped at Starbucks for a gingerbread latte.

Now we were ready for the ferry! Here is a picture of it.

We had a lot of fun watching the dolphins. The digital camera was to slow to catch them so we took other pictures. Behind us here is a USS submarine and aircraft carrier.

And behind us in this picture was a cargo ship.

Well we have enjoyed Texas a lot and now we will look forward to our trip to somewhere else to visit!

We have not had mail here in Egypt for over a week so the Woodstocks have still not gone out. I apologize, but between the holidays (the Embassy is closed) and one of our drivers going on his Haaj (trip to Mecca) we are not getting mail.

They will be sent out on Wed.
Sorry they've been in Egypt so long.

Guess who came knockin' at my mailbox door today! Woodstock and Woodstock...straight from BFE!

We've had a large natural disaster here this week w/winds over 100 miles an hour We lost power for a day and lost our roof, our fence and our patio furniture...so Woodstock got to be in a picture of some of the disaster. Tomorrow, we'll go take pictures in one of our local parks...all of our parks lost all the big 100 year old trees (in 6 parks in our tiny town, over 100 trees gone).
