Snapfish for Christmas cards?

I'm trying to get the cards done early this year. The goal is not to be rushing around a week before Christmas like I usually do!

Has anyone used Snapfish for their cards? How did they turn out? Is it worth getting them done on cardstock or is the photo paper nice? Also, are their envelopes nice? I've just had them done at Walgreens in the past. They are quick and cheap, but I'd like this to look a bit better than that. Any other recommendations for who to go through for it? It will be a pretty simple card, with just one picture on it.

Not sure about snapfish however I get a lot of cards from tiny prints and I think they are so cute!

I've used tiny prints and snapfish in the past. tiny prints were really cute, loved them, but they are pricey and a couple of years ago when we had to start cutting costs I switched to snapfish and instead of cardstock just used photopaper. and you know what? still cute! cardstock is nicer, of course, but I really am happy with the others.

great idea getting the cards done early. we are heading out with the kids later today to take pics, hopefully will will get some good shots that will work for Christmas cards. Maybe I'll order early, too. And every year I say we should make a calendar for the grandmas but I never have time...might just do that now, too. :)

We used Snapfish for the first time this year and just got our Xmas photo cards back the other day. (I start early too, but usually make my own cards. I'm streamlining this year!)

We got their photo paper cards - I had a 50% off code that only was valid on the cardstock ones, but DH didn't realize that's what I wanted. When ordering, you have to select the paper FIRST and by the time I looked over his shoulder when the card was done (4 pix), it would have been WAY too much work to have him go back and re-do the order - sigh...there was no easy "edit order" button to change this - :sad2: But, we found a 40% off code online for the photo paper cards.

I'm satisfied with how the cards came out. We chose the matte finish - I tend to prefer that. They did a fine job with the pix and the colors - true to what we saw on the computer screen while doing the work. The envelopes are ok. To me, they're pretty much the same paper weight as regular #10 business envelopes. Would be nice if they were a bit heavier, but oh, well. I would assume if you choose the cardstock option for the cards, the envelopes also are of thicker/matching stock...but can't say for sure. Perhaps someone with experience could chime in here.

Good luck!

The one's I've gotten from Walgreens have been so thin with the photo paper and thin envelopes. Maybe I should suck it up and pay for the card stock.

If anyone else has used their card stock, I'd love to know how it turned out. Also, I was just playing around with it last night...do the card stock ones let you put pictures on the back of the card too? That would mean picking out more pics...yikes...wanna keep it simple. I guess I could just skip that part, but it may be nice to include a couple more shots.
