Oh, like WDW, you are also allowed to carry in snacks.
You can bring in reasonable snacks, no glass.
As far as snack suggestions, my suggestion is when the snack attack hits you look around where ever you are and you will see plenty of options. If nothing strikes your fancy, walk a short distance and look again.
As you are walking thru city walk, look around at what they have to offer.
There are no shortage of snacky places from the minute you walk out of the parking garage until you go home. Some healthier than others, but you are on vacation.
I live on a strict diet when I am home with next to zero snacks ever, well maybe if there is a very special occassion, but on vacation, just get out of my way. It works quite well for me.
I was a late commer to the big pink donut and must say, I was unimpressed. I live in a small town and they have much better donuts IMHO, BUT. eating something in the park can make it better. I will not be getting any more big donuts because there are so many better things to me around to use my limited stomach availability on.
Do try a butter beer. I used to get one a day, now I get one per trip, but I do look forward to it every year. Look in the HP area shops for a slection of candy you do not see every day. It is pricey.
I never bought the fruit, but I agree, it seemed to be fresh and well priced.
I suggest looking for things you can't get at home.
Anyway, you do not have to worry about there not being a snack available when you want it. To the point that we have one meal at 3 broom sticks per visit and the rest of the time (usually 4 days total) I snack around the park and love every minute of it.
