Minnie's Bake Shop is a brand of cookie sold in some of the stores and snack stands at WDW.
 
It is the BEST cookie sold there! Try the chocolate and peanut butter chunk. I have been known to eat them for breakfast! I will be there in 5 days, and I can't wait to eat one!!!
