We flew that leg back in September in standard coach. As of September 2016, Delta serves the same meals and snacks to all fare classes as well as complimentary alcohol. I believe it's only certain long haul itineraries, but the Atlanta to Honolulu flight is one of them.
In September, we could choose from 3 different hot entrees. We went with a pasta which was ravioli and it came with a breadstick, caesar salad, shrimp, and a brownie. They served this about mid-way through the flight. We had the same options on the way back for the hot meal. On the way there, we also got a turkey sub about an hour before landing. They did not provide this on the way home, however it was a red eye flight. As far as snacks, they offered a variety of things like snack mix, cookies, peanuts, and crackers. Sodas were offered frequently as well. They came around quite a bit.
The entertainment options were great. There were easily over 100 movies and TV series to watch. They had HBO and Showtime TV series available to watch, and newer movies that were just released. It was very similar to the on demand movie service that your cable provider might offer. It was movies that were recently released on DVD, as well as some classics mixed in. I watched the Jungle Book and DH watched one of the super hero movies. We watched more but I don't remember what they were. Also, they had several games as well as music available on the seatback entertainment set, which was also a nice option.
