Snacking around...

A Frozen Lemonade around the Rivers of America if it is super Hot outside. Had these in October 2012 when the temperatures were above 40 degrees Celsius ( 100 deg Farh.), we took a solid half hour and sat across from the exit to BTMRR in a nice shady spot and savoured the slow enjoyment of Frozen Lemonade
Not many know this, but at this location only, you can ask for a Vanilla Lemonade. It may not be to everyone's taste, but I like it.

No one has mentioned the cheese garlic bread stick thing (not at all sure of the real name) at Maurice's.......it was my favorite snack last trip.

It's called the Cheddar Garlic Bagel Twist. :) They also have a Strawberry Twist and a Chocolate Twist at Maurice's Treats (Fantasy Faire). The Jolly Holiday Bakery has a Raspberry Almond Twist and a Cinnamon Twist, both of which are very similar to the sweet Twists at Maurice's.

Hmmm, let's see:

Giant cinnamon roll and venti tea from starbucks!
corn dog for lunch
Gibson girl cookie sundae for dessert
Beignets from Jazz kitchen at some point

What I'd like to try but haven't yet:

Pretzel bites from Cozy Cones
Pomegranate cocktail at Cozy Cones
Pork shank (I'm assuming it's not boneless??)
Funnel cake at Stage door cafe/Golden horseshoe
Cheese muffins at Carthay (I know, you would have to sit for these)
Chocolate covered pineapple spear

Pork shank (I'm assuming it's not boneless??)

There is one big bone! No small tendons like the turkey leg, so all in all, it's much easier to eat.

That's a nice looking piece of meat. It would make a Viking happy. I think as a snack anyway.

;)

No, really!

As you get off of the Monorail and exit the station, turn left and take the bridge towards the parks. There is a Kettle Corn cart on the bridge, (the last time I was there, it was on the right side of the bridge). They also have a regular Kettle Corn cart outside of World of Disney.

Thank you! Our first trip is in May, I'm making a note to track down this kettle corn!

My son would drag us to the turkey legs.

My daughter would drag us to the dole whips.

I would drag everyine over to the cozy cones for mini Churros with chocolate cinnamon dipping sauce.

My husband simply enjoys them all!

In addition to the usual (sweet) suspects (dole whip, ice cream cone at carnation, soft serve from kozy kone) I've got to add a beehive cupcake at Hungry Bear.

Oooh such good ideas, thank you!

That pork shank looks different than the one they serve at Gaston's in Florida... is it? Is it easy to walk and eat it at the same time? The one from Gaston's is so fall off the bone good so you can't really pick it up that easily.

The bacon wrapped asparagus sounds really good too. I need to plan out a map....

The one at DL is also "fall off the bone" good, so it's hard to eat it and walk. So, I would find somewhere to sit down. I've read that it's the same idea, but the flavoring is different between Gaston's and DL's. The one at DL has a "tangy BBQ glaze" and the one at MK might not.

Definitely corn on the cob from anywhere and everywhere around the park!! Some popcorn, hot pretzel with cheese sauce, and a nice cold bottle of coke and I'm good to go! Some caramel corn or a caramel apple is our favorite sweet treat too!

*Mickey truffles
*Candy apple
*churro
*Jazz Kitchen beignets
*chicken lettuce wraps from Trader Sam's (I'm sure this one doesn't count)
*gingerbread Mickey
*garlic cheese bagel twist or strawberry twist
*Boysen Apple freeze
*Hagen Daaz

I can't remember the original post, so I'm guessing some of the above don't follow the rules.

Dole Whip, churros, and my new favorite: cream cheese filled pretzels! YUM!
oh, yeah, caramel apples, marshmallow sticks, giant chocolate chip cookies, .... ...wow, lots! (I could go on and on........) haha

You know....some say there should be a like button on here. Well I say for this thread there should be a lick button!

Now this sounds like something I need to try. Is this the snack counter right outside the fantasyland theater?

Yep! It's an awesome snack. Pair it with a Boysen Apple Freeze and it's fabulous!!
