I've seen a lot of advice about eating breakfast in your room before heading to the parks and what foods to bring, but what about just snacking in your room? You come back for a rest or a swim in the middle of the day and just want something to tide you over until dinner, what do you bring?

I'm thinking something easy to pack as we will be flying and following WDW with a 4day Disney cruise, where we won't need snacks because of all of the available food on the ship.

TIA!

Depends on if you have a fridge! We did, and had cheese and crackers, tortilla chips and salsa, grapes, milk, pop, things like that. Great for a heartier snack. Also got some nuts and cookies to have on hand for snacking.

What kind of snacks do you eat at home? And do you plan on bringing these snacks from home or getting them at WDW? I'm guessing that you plan to fly with them from home? I don't suggest crackers if you are going to pack them, no matter how hard I try they always end up at least partially smushed. Granola bars are good (no chocolate - it will melt) and fruit snacks are great.

The Special K cereal bars are yummy...and only 90 calories! Lots of flavors too... :thumbsup2
