Hi,

Am heading off to Disney in May. Have all my ADR's booked already (of course!!!), now need to focus on SNACKS!!!! We're not on DDP, so we're not limited to just one a day (we're not amateur eaters :rolleyes1 ) so we are ready to eat everything and anything you recommend!!!

So what are your top snacks that shouldn't be missed?! We already plan on getting a load of make your own goodies from Goofy's; a dole whip; some figaro fries, a schoolbread and a No Way Jose. What else do we need?!!!! I have 14 days of naughtyness to fill. :thumbsup2

Thanks

Here are some of our favs

MK - egg rolls from the OJ stand near the Alladin Ride, caramel corn from the stand next to the Hall of Presidents, popcorn from anywhere, root beer float with chocolate ice cream from the place next to the Stitch ride, pretzel from the stand next to the Carousel, Toll House Cookies from the Main Street Bakery.

HS - frozen coke and a pretzel

AK - a frozen chai tea

Epcot - pretzel from Germany, pot stickers from China, kakigori from Japan, rice cream and school bread from Norway, chocolate from Italy, anything from France

Awesome gelato from the Beach Club gift shop.

Cannot wait to try some baked goods from the Boardwalk Bakery.

Ohh thanks the gelato sounds good!

One other thing - I'm British - what on Earth are corn dogs and can you get them in the world?! They sound like something we would like, just not sure what they are . . .

And is there anywhere to get Krispy Kremes on site?!!!! We often go out for a THREE HOUR drive each way to collect some when we're at home, would be nice to have some slighty closer, even if just for a couple of weeks!!!!!

My favorite snack is the ice cream cookie sandwich from the Main Street Bakery in MK. It's awesome!

You mean there are other snacks besides Mickey Bars? I didn't know they existed!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

the hess station near the BW has krispy cremes :thumbsup2

if anyone likes coffe, the writers' stop in DHS makes a wickedly good iced mochacino (i don't like iced coffe, but love these). we always make a special trip to DHS with our only intent to get mochacinos (no attractions, no shopping, no other eatery) ~ they are just that good!!! :cloud9:

Going to Disney I love:

Mickey Mouse Rice Crispy Treats with the ears dipped in Chocolate. The kind 'on the stick' are better than the prepackaged ones from the gift shops

Dole Whip Float, Pineapple and vanilla soft serve swirl in pineapple juice.

Cotton Candy - Because Cotton Candy is always Yummy

Pretzel with Cheese Sauce

A stop by Goofy's for a mixture of sour watermelon and sour patch kids

We do Figaro Fries mixed in with our lunch as a meal.

Fudge from Main St Confectionery

Um, don't forget to load up on the donuts at Chef Mickey's breakfast if you're eating there. If you're a Krispy Kreme fan that is.

I believe that BW is Board Walk.

Corn dogs are hot dogs with a cornmeal batter, then fried. They are awesome!

There is a Krispy Kreme shop on 192, Kissimmee, next to CVS

I love the fresh toll house cookie ice cream sandwiches at the MK Bakery. They are heavenly!! :cloud9: I also second the school bread in Norway.

The caramel souffle at Boulangerie Patisserie at the France Pavilion in Epcot is wonderful as well.

DD loves the Oreo Mickey ice cream sandwiches that you can get from the ice cream carts in all of the parks.

Ohhh thank you I love oreos - that's going on the list!! As is the caramel souffle - I'm starting to wonder what I have existed on in past visits!

I 2nd the Dolewhip float. Yummy!! I heard about them from these boards and had to check them out. I wish I could get one here back home.
