Snack credit question

Does anyone here know if the PB&J shakes at the 50's restaurant in HS are considered snacks? We ate a dinner there last year and knew enough to have it as desert. Just hoping/wondering it is on the snack menu. Thanks all!

I think snack credits are only available at Quick Service locations or certain kiosks, not at any TS restaurants.

I also believe that snack credits cannot be used at TS restaurants. Also, I believe the rule is that snack credits are good for items $4 or less. The PB&J shakes are $5+.

No, it cannot be used as a snack credit. Remember snacks are $4.00 or under. The shakes are $4.95. But the above poster is correct... snacks cannot be used at a TS restaurant.

No, it's not a snack. You can order it as your beverage, you don't have to use it as a dessert though.

Sorry, no snacks at TS restaurants. (The only exception I can think of is the carryout area at Beaches & Cream, where some drinks and ice cream cones are available for a snack credit. However, snack credits can't be used if you are seated inside the restaurant.)

Just a note - the $4 rule isn't really reliable any more. That was the case a few years back, but most items have not been dropped from the plan as prices have risen so there are quite a few snacks that cost more than $4 now.

If I'm not mistaken snacks are under 5.00. PP is right the last two trips the snack allowance has been higher.

Not everything priced under $5 counts as a snack, and not everything that costs over $5 is excluded. It's just a ballpark figure.
