I'm thanking about using a snack credit for breakfast. What would you choose? Or would you have breakfast in your room and save your snack credit? We are doing the 1 table 1 qs plan.
We order breakfast food, juice, coffee, water, soda, beer, wine, fruit, cheese and crackers and other snacks for the room from Garden Grocer.
Having a quick breakfast in the room while you get ready saves time and money and we prefer it.
We take water bottles into the parks with us and save money over buying there. We also enjoy having an "adult beverage" and snack in the afternoon prior to heading back out to a TS dinner, or a glass of wine before bed.
We usually have the basic DDP too and this works for us.
We also order in from garden grocer. We get milk and yogurts from them and I pack cereal and Danishes in our suitcases. Works great and saves time and money. I like to use our snack credits in Epcot.
At the POR food court you could get yogurt with fruit, granola, etc., or cereal with milk as a snack credit. We split several Quick Service credit meals (at places like FTBBQ with big portions) then converted the extra QS credits into snacks to get breakfast for our group.
While I don't do the dining plan, I've noticed a number of options for the snack credit. There is always the yogurt parfait, also most of the muffins and pastries in the QS locations fall under the snack credit. The muffins are so big that I can't eat a whole one so they can be a good use of the credit. I guess it would all depend on it you snack during the day.
I always use snack credits for breakfasts so we can eat double credit character meals. It works out very well. You can usually google a list of snack credit items or even search the disboards. So far the best use of my snack credit was a Sleepy Hollow waffle.
