SNA to Motel 6

Flying in February to SNA. What is the best way to get to Motel 6 Maingate from the airport? Cab? Shuttle? Haven't done this before- usually drive. First thought is cab for convenience/time but unsure of cost.

Shuttle cost from SNA is $11 per person, plus tip. Not sure how many are in your party. I think others have said a taxi is around $40 or $45. Hope that helps.

How many stops does the shuttle make, and do you need to book it ahead of time? Were a group of 2

You don't need to make reservations ahead of time. There will be several shuttles all lined up and ready to go. Just hop in and as soon as the shuttle is full, you'll be on your way! (It doesn't take long) You never really know if there will be 1, 2 or 3 stops ahead of you, or if you'll be let first off. They usually load the vans according to where you're going, so chances are all the stops will be at hotels in the same area and just a few blocks from each other. We only had to go off the beaten path one time, and that when we had a really late flight and got in around 10:30 at night. Have a great trip!!
