I don't know, but I know that they had a whole article on them in the Disney food blog. I do remember Smores cupcakes are now being sold at WL Roarin Forks. Definitely planning a trip over there on my next trip.

They sell a make your own smores kit at the chuck wagon at the chip and dale campfire sing a long at DTD (campfire is free to go to)

They do s'mores on the beach at the Poly at night. Go there, make some over the fire and hang around to watch wishes from the beach!
