CanadianGuy and jcc0621, and everyone else who responded to my inquiry, thank you so much for the advice and information. Since gardengrocer. com has a minimum of $40 Before you even add on the Cigs, I think I will head the advice of going over to Hess gas station and picking up a carton (and perhaps a case of water as well!) It seems like the most cost effective way for me to get my butts!

When we were at WDW in August, we were told that cigarettes are NOT sold in any of the parks, waterparks. The only place to buy them was in the gift shops at the resorts. My DS bought one pack and paid 6.75 for them. He is from NC and just about dropped! He is paying just over 4 dollars there!!!

In May I bought ciggies for my DH at the Hess gas station and I am fairly certain that they were less than $30 per carton.

They do sell them at the resorts and as previously posted they were $6.50 per pack as of last week. In fact, upon arrival I bought a pack and a lighter and the total was $9. We stayed at POR and they were displayed behind the counter in plain sight. At POP in 2005, they were hidden underneath the counter. So if you don't see them, just ask.

FYI they also sell them at the tobacco store at DTD/PI.

Just a note to anyone who buys cigarettes at the resort gift shops. The selection is very, very limited. I can remember that they only had 2-3 different brands while I was at WL. The brands were regular and menthol. They are kept under the counter and they did sell lighters and had books of matches for free.

Just be glad the packs don't have Disney characters on them. That would add at least another $5.00 per pack!

(BTW, my DH quit smoking a month ago. I told him we could use the $ savings for an extra trip to Disney . . . )

Im on it! Im going again in May! Im on Week 2 of taking Chantix so fingers crossed it works!!! Think of all the extra spending money I'll have!

I make sure I have enough with me I don't want to pay those prices I can get them on the Indian Res. here and they are a lot cheaper under $3 a pack!!
