Smoking on the ship

Okay, we're thinking about cruising in November during Thanksgiving week. But boyfriend is freaking about booking this until we find out about smoking on the ship. Are there certain smoking areas?? If we get a room with a Verandah can you smoke on those?? Can anyone recommend a room that is close to a smoking area?

Unfortunatly you can smoke on your verandah if you choose to. If you get a room on Deck 7 Aft there is a deck out there open form about 8am-9pm I think that he could smoke on. He can smoke outside but not around the Mickey Pool.

Also you can smoke in the clubs but only after 930pm I think. After a certain time at night no one under 18 is allowed in the clubs and that's when you can smoke in them.

.....and all of deck 10 and most of deck 9 except the Micky & Goofy Pool.

Although I noticed at the Deck 9 drink station in the morning getting my coffee that is were alot of smokers congregated for the AM coffee and a smoke and that is technically at the Mickey Pool.

We did a 3-night Wonder cruise in November and, as smokers, had no problem finding areas to smoke.

Watch out though...posting about smoking/non-smoking can become a nightmare!

Iwas a smoker.Just gave it up,then found out I have emphysema. Try to stop for the cruise. It could save your life.
