Hi everyone,

I have another question, I hope everyone can help. We've read that in all the resorts, it is mostly NON SMOKING and at the WL (Where we'll be staying) there is only a certain floor that has smoking permited rooms.

We are having our Honeymoon there and would like to request a special room, but is there anything special about the "smoking floor"...sorry to bug everyone, we're just don't know much about WL. Thanks!!!:bounce: :p :bounce: :p :bounce:

Hi Dancing Bear!

We do want to have a smoking room. But at the same point, we want to have a nice room!!! Unfortunately, we are smokers and we'd like to have a smoking permitted room.!;)

Any info you have would be greatly appreciated...thanks so much!

We have stayed in smoking rooms at the WL. Our favorite rooms are in the"bears face". These rooms open to the lobby and have a great view of Bay Lake. We request either room 5075 or 5077 and have had our wishes granted most of the time. These rooms have two beds in them. I don't know of the room #'s with only one bed. The noise from the lobby hasn't bothered us.

It's great to open your door and the lobby is in front of you. The view from the balcony is also special. These rooms are also near the elevators.

Hi Gary!
Thank you SO much for that bit of info...we're gonna call them and try to get either of those rooms! The noise really shouldn't bother us either.

Thanks again!!!

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an inner courtyard room with a king and the most fabulous view. Room 5075. This was our very first trip to Disney and our 30th anniversary. I can't say enough about the very special CM who made sure we had the perfect room. This person holds a special place in my heart always.

5075 is a smoking room. You are right in the middle of the bear's face with a perfectly straight on view of Bay lake and the gyser. I was on the balcony more than I was in the room! If you look over the railing you are right above the stream that flows out of the lobby and the ducks like to sit on the rocks beneath you. Fabulous, just fabulous.

Hi Candle Lady!

Thanks for the info., just one more question, you said room 5075 has a King Size bed, was it a handicap accessible room? I read that almost 95% of the rooms w/ King Size beds are Handicap accessible. We won't need that, so we don't want to take it from someone else who may need it. Please let me know.

Thanks again!

No, it is not handicap accessible, had a full size regular tub.

When I think of the WL, that room, view, and a special magical CM always comes to mind. :D

Hi Candle Lady!

Thanks for the quick response...I hope we can book that specific room now!!! I think we have to wait 30 days or so before the trip to fax them any requests...but I'm going to try first anyway!!! Thanks AGAIN!!!!

30 days is too soon to fax. They don't receive your reservation at the resort until the week before. I usually get good results sending a fax 5 days before arrival. You can have CRO add your request to your reservation at any time. Best wishes on your marriage!

Hi Candle Lady!

Check your PM when you get a chance...THANKS!!!!

Hi DebbieB!

Thanks for the tip, we're really excited about this trip! Thanks again!!!;) :p
