Smoking at Kimonos?

Does anyone know if smoking is allowed at Kimonos (the karaoke bar at the Swan)? I'd like to go, but smoke really bothers me. So if it's not smoke free, we'll skip it.

The Florida indoor clean air act prohibts smoking at restaurants that serve food (among other places). If it was just a stand alone bar serving drinks (and perhaps peanuts and pretzels) smoking would be allowed. But they serve actual meals so it would be a non smoking restaurant.

The Swan is also a smoke free resort so that pretty much means even in the common areas or lounge areas smoking is not permitted. There are smoking areas in the courtyard outside of Kimino's. Our room was right above there (no smoke smell at all).
